A.O.S. 2-Year Career Track Program

Pratt's Associate Degree Program (A.O.S.) is a concise, comprehensive, and intensive two year / four semester career track Art and Design program offering Majors in Graphic Design, Illustration, or Digital Design and Interactive Media. While providing an essential foundation component, the curriculum moves quickly into upper level art and design courses, enabling students to build a competitive portfolio and become professionals in a range of creative industries.

Located on 14th Street in the cultural epicenter of Manhattan, these programs integrate the best of new technologies along with a strong commitment to traditional art and design curriculum.

Two years (four semesters, 66 credits): Student's move quickly into upper level art and design classes taught by top New York professionals, students develop a competitive portfolio and skills to move directly into the field. This program includes great internship opportunities which offer exciting and invaluable industry experience.

Faculty for both the A.O.S. and A.A.S. Degree Programs comprises New York’s leading professionals, who bring to the studio practical professional experience and expertise reflecting the highest standards in their fields. The emphasis on the personal attention given each student defines a key difference between this and other programs. 

Students may attend on either a full- or part-time basis. Financial aid is available to qualified students. Many A.O.S. Students live at Pratt's Brooklyn campus and commute easily to Manhattan.
