Address complex social issues, experiment with new ideas and materials, and shape art and design’s role in social change and transformation, in collaboration with schools, community, and cultural organizations.

By completing both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Art and Design Education at Pratt, students can reduce time and cost requirements. The five-year program provides students with opportunities to explore new areas in the field of art and design education such as puppetry and performance, museum education, and community- based art and design education. Students also complete thesis research on curriculum planning will be grounded in theories and practices in education generally and art and design more specifically. Students need to remain in good academic standing to continue in the five-year program. Financial aid packages, as well as bursar and other payment situations, convert to graduate student levels.
