A.A.S. Degree for Transfer-Track to B.F.A.
In Pratt's A.A.S. Degree Program, students follow an exciting art and design curriculum which contains a comprehensive foundation component. The curriculum also includes a liberal arts and humanities component which enables students to progress to further study in Pratt's B.F.A. program (upon completion of the A.A.S. Degree). With majors in Painting/Drawing and Graphic Design/Illustration, students are positioned to transfer into the junior year of Pratt's B.F.A. Program in Fine Arts or Communication Design.

Graphic Design/Illustration with Painting/Drawing
The Graphic Design/Illustration : Painting/Drawing program duration is two years, or four semesters for 66 credits. Students follow an exciting art and design curriculum that includes a liberal arts component which positions graduates to transfer to Pratt's B.F.A. program (upon completion of the A.A.S. Degree). The majors offered in A.A.S. are Graphic Design/Illustration or Painting/Drawing and graduates of this program are well positioned to transfer into Pratt's B.F.A. in Communication Design or Fine Arts Department, respectively.
