Y. L. Lucy Wang, Visiting Assistant Professor at the Pratt Institute School of Architecture, has received a 2026 Project Development Grant from the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) to support her book project Contagious Places, Curative Spaces: Disease and Architecture in Modern China, 1894–1949. This award celebrates “scholars in teaching-intensive faculty roles who are conducting innovative research in the humanities and social sciences.”
