Real Estate Practice at Pratt

Students will gain theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in the core disciplines of the real estate business including finance, investment, site development, land use regulations and law. You’ll become familiar with the tools needed to develop sustainable environments, renovate and manage facilities, procure infrastructure projects through public private partnerships and collaborations with community stakeholders.

Workforce Development

Pratt Real Estate faculty are owners of prestigious award winning Real Estate organizations and pride themselves on sharing with students their commitment and knowledge of the built environment. The Real Estate Practice program can be completed in three semesters of full-time study. All courses are offered late afternoon and evenings at the Pratt Manhattan campus.

Study Abroad

Immersing yourself in another culture is an incredible experience that can extend the boundaries of creativity. The Real Estate Practice Program has deep connections with the University of Applied Sciences, Kufstein, Tirol, Austria. Our students along with 200 other  students, 13 coaches and 23 teams participate yearly in the Kufstein WinterSchool with the following universities: Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Holland University of Applied Sciences, Zurich University of Applied Sciences and ZUYD University of Applied Sciences.
