School of Architecture faculty member William Bryant Logan will give the annual lecture at The Mountain Top Arboretum, located in Tannersville, New York, high in the Catskills. The lecture is based on his John Burroughs Award-winning Sprout Lands: Tending the Endless Gift of Trees, and it will incorporate ideas about integral ecology developed with students in last spring’s Master of Landscape Architecture elective, The Ecology of the Commons. The lecture is on Sunday, August 31, 5:00–7:30 PM.
