History of Art and Design Graduate Program
Pratt Institute is an exceptional place to study the history of art and design. The faculty is comprised of distinguished scholars who focus on the intellectual and professional growth of our students. The Department of the History of Art and Design offers two graduate degrees:
- M.A. in History of Art and Design
- M.A./M.S.L.I.S. in History of Art and Design/Library and Information Science

History of Art and Design students bring a wide array of experiences and backgrounds to their studies and graduate the program with new knowledge and experience.
