Pratt GROW
Pratt GROW helps supervisors make student employment a more intentional learning experience through brief, structured conversations. These conversations help students recognize the transferable skills they are developing and connect their campus work with their academic and career goals.
Pratt GROW is adapted from Iowa GROW® (Guided Reflection on Work), developed by the University of Iowa. Iowa GROW participants were more likely than other campus student employees to report growth in communication, time management, and interacting with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
