David Frisco

David Frisco holds a joint appointment at Pratt Institute: Executive Director of Creative Service s in Communications and Marketing and Adjunct Professor with CCE  in Graduate Communications Design at Pratt Institute. In the Undergraduate Communications Design program, David was Co-Creative Director of Design Corps, Pratt Institute, a service learning, student-run design studio working for organizations with socially and environmentally minded missions.

Outside of Pratt, David is the former Vice President of AIGANY, and the founding partner of IntraCollaborative, a socially minded design collective comprised of Pratt MFA graduates. Their work for CUP, Making Policy Public received a Sappi Ideas that Matter grant, a Core77 Design Award and was featured in the exhibition By the People: Designing a Better America at the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum. Previous to his current role, David was a Senior Design Fellow at Public Policy Lab. Before heading east, David was a Senior Designer at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago.

David holds an MFA in Graphic Design from Yale School of Art and a BDes in Graphic Design from UIC School of Design.
