OneKey Access, PrattCard ID

Student benefits and access to both online and in-person classes require a OneKey access and PrattCard ID. Upon successful registration, students will receive a login and password by email. Allow two business days for processing after registration. For OneKey assistance, please contact Pratt IT Service Desk by calling 718.636.3765 or emailing helpdesk@pratt.edu. If possible, have your Pratt Student ID number available when contacting. OneKey access ends 31 days after class ends.

With OneKey, students can request a PrattCard ID. Learn more about how to acquire a PrattCard. Should students need assistance with their PrattCard ID, contact 718.687.5678 or email prattcard@pratt.edu. Download the Pratt Safe App before arriving on campus to access a digital version of the PrattCard.

onePratt

With a OneKey login, students can access onePratt, a one-stop hub that includes all of the digital tools, services, and resources a student will need to access information for their programs within Pratt SCPS. Some of the technologies and resources you can access through OnePratt include:

  • Canvas: this is the Learning Management System (LMS_ that Pratt uses. This is where instructors will upload syllabi and other learning material.
  • Directory: The Pratt directory includes staff and instructor contact information
  • Launchpad: features the full suite of the creative digital tools and softwares available to Pratt students, including Adobe, Autodesk and Microsoft.
  • Students can also access Google drive, Gmail and Zoom through OnePratt.

Canvas

Canvas is a Learning Management System (LMS) used all across Pratt. Instructors/Faculty will upload syllabi and other relevant course materials in Canvas for student use. To access Canvas, students can log in to onePratt or visit the Canvas site directly, and use their OneKey to log in. Get started with this introductory video.

Zoom

All online synchronous and hybrid synchronous classes will use Zoom. Zoom links for hybrid and online synchronous courses will be posted in Canvas on the class’ homepage and on syllabi. Students can access their student Zoom account to update their settings and preferences via the onePratt page.

Learning/Access Center

Pratt’s Learning/Access Center provides support for Pratt students with disabilities so that they can successfully participate in all facets of Pratt life. For more information regarding the Learning/Access Center, please visit their webpage.
