Commencement will be held at Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday, May 19, 2026!
Check your email on February 27 for your Commencement invitation. It has the link to RSVP and request your guest tickets by March 6.

If you have completed your credit requirements (or will complete them by Summer 2026), you MUST fill out the Graduation Application (GradApp) by February 13. This application will let us know you have completed your journey at Pratt Institute and are ready to receive your diploma! This will also get you on the mailing list for information about the Commencement ceremony.
Pratt Institute will host a commencement ceremony to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our Summer 2025, Fall 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 graduates.

Graduating is the administrative process to complete your degree and receive your diploma, while Commencement is the ceremony to celebrate that achievement! You can graduate without participating in commencement, but you cannot participate in commencement without graduating.
The deadline to fill out the Graduation Application (GradApp) is February 13.
Regalia is required for graduating students and faculty.
Students – the order form is now open and will close March 31. Visit Herff Jones to purchase regalia.
Faculty – an email titled RSVP Requested: You Are Invited to Commencement 2026! was sent in December and January linking to a form where you can request regalia and RSVP. You must complete this form by March 6 to attend all ceremonies and receptions, even if you have your own regalia.
