Some reasons you may want to submit a report:
- A student you know may be using dangerous drugs
- A student you know represents a threat to themselves or others
- You are concerned about a student’s emotional state and well-being
- You have experienced disruptive or aggressive behavior in a classroom or on campus
If you have experienced a possible violation of Pratt’s Title IX, Nondiscrimination, and Anti-Harassment Policy, you may report your concern using the general reporting form above or our Title IX, Nondiscrimination, and Anti-Harassment-specific form.
