Zianne Cuff is the Executive Assistant for the Communications and Marketing Team who directly supports VP of PCOMM, James Kempster and Director of Operations, Serena Thomas. She is a multidisciplinary creative and published author whose work weaves together the emotional richness of lived experience with bold, expressive artistry. With a Master’s degree in Psychology from NYU, she is currently exploring doctoral programs to further investigate the impact of trauma—particularly as it relates to helping individuals reclaim their narratives from abusive relationships and step fully into their power.

Throughout her academic journey, Zianne has lent her voice to numerous research symposiums, panel discussions, and gallery spaces offering unique insights at the intersection of psychology, identity, and healing. Her visual art has been showcased across all five boroughs of New York City and internationally in London, UK. As a singer, painter, and writer, she brings a soulful, introspective lens to every creative endeavor—drawing deeply from both personal truth and shared cultural memory.

Zianne is the author of Feelings in COLOR, a poetry collection that explores vulnerability, resilience, and the transformative nature of self-discovery. She is currently working on two additional books slated for release later this year. A proud extrovert, Zianne thrives in community spaces and is fueled by a love of continuous learning, service, and creative collaboration. She is deeply committed to her faith and enjoys giving back through her church.
