Taylor Bielecki was born in Royersford, PA, during her time in her undergraduate studies at Penn State, where she earned a BA in English and a BFA in Fine Arts, she found a deep interest in painting, printmaking, and flash fiction writing processes. She uses those mediums to create artworks that take the influence of cinema to bring viewers into the scene, often distorted by rain, light, or at street level. She also self publishes her own flash fiction art book series depicting the “before” or “after” scenes of her paintings, to further her study of how to merge cinema and painting together on the canvas. She now has her own studio space in Gowanus, Brooklyn and she attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn to work on her MFA in Drawing and Painting, where she now works as the studio and gallery manager full time.

She Manages the everyday use and care of all Fine Arts Drawing and Painting Classrooms, Senior Studios, and 2 galleries on campus, she also assists faculty and students throughout the semester in reviews, Survey, and the final Thesis Exhibition Process.
