Biography
Molly Davy is a writer, researcher, and curator interested in the intersection of performance and the archive.
Her graduate research utilized walking research as a method to explore ideas about nature, memory, and Visual Culture in the United States. Her thesis focused on the relationship between natural and built environments, and the potentialities between Environmental Science and the Humanities.
She does freelance archival arrangement and digitizations for artist studios. Past experience includes work for Glenn Ligon Studio, Annie Shaver-Crandell, and Garry Lorence Rich.
She volunteers as a Youth Mentor at Art Start: an arts non-profit that serves youth organizations, schools, alternative sentencing programs and youth facing housing insecurity.
