Biography
Margaret Ruocco is a content creator, writer and comedian based in Brooklyn. With over eight years of professional writing and production under her belt, she is someone who is dedicated to storytelling across mediums. Her social content has been featured in both GQ Magazine and on Late Night with Seth Meyers. In 2024, Margaret earned her MFA in Cinema Arts from Brooklyn College with a focus in Screenwriting. She has performed improv with the Upright Citizen’s Brigade, is an award-winning sitcom screenwriter, and a proud graduate of 2024 WGA Support Staff Training Program on the Writers’ Assistant track. She takes the “social” part of her role as Social Media Manager at Pratt Institute very seriously, and you can often find her flitting about campus from activity to activity, capturing content for audiences to enjoy.
