Biography
Frank Lang is the Deputy Executive Director for Housing for the St. Nicks Alliance, a 48+ year old community development organization, based in North Brooklyn that provides a variety of programs to residents and businesses. Since 2006, Mr. Lang has overseen all housing programs at St. Nicks including real estate development, tenant assistance and property management. St. Nicks has more than 1,700 units of housing under management including: senior housing, special needs apartments, rentals and affordable cooperatives. It has developed more than 3,000 units of housing with a pipeline of projects in construction and pre-development adding 1,650 more units with $620 million in financing. St. Nicks also assists more than 3,000 residents annually with housing issues, access to credit and government resources.
