Caroline Matthews

Caroline teaches in graduate and undergraduate Communications Design. Professionally, she is a producer and project manager with a decade of experience in graphic design and digital editorial production. She’s also a researcher, maker and swimmer.

From user experience to workflow and systems design, she’s developed a diverse playbook in strategic planning for creatives. Before joining Pratt, she contributed to CNN where she ran creative operations for the Digital Motion Graphics department. Her practice outside of Pratt includes illustration, visual identity and service design. Caroline advocates for adaptive education so any learner may thrive in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
