Alicia Whiteman

Dr. Alicia Whiteman is a seasoned business executive and educator with over 15 years of multi-industry expertise spanning creative, brand, and marketing sectors. She specializes in strategic operations, organizational design, and business transformation—delivering measurable growth for public agencies, creative firms, corporate teams, and in-house brand organizations.

She is the founder and principal consultant at L’Amour Xpressions LLC, where she leads change management, project strategy, and digital transformation initiatives for clients across industries. In addition, Dr. Whiteman serves as an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute in the Creative Enterprise Leadership Programs.

Dr. Whiteman holds a Doctorate in Leadership in a Global Context from Alliance University, a Master’s Degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute, and a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Arts, Advertising & Production Management from New York City College of Technology (CUNY). She also earned an Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing from New York University (NYU).

Her professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®).
