Visiting Associate Professor in the Graduate Center for Planning and the Environment David Burney spoke to the New York Post about New York City’s newly designed sidewalk sheds. “One benefit you do get is when it’s raining or really sunny you can walk under the shed and get some protection,” he said. “So if they take that away that will be one more reason to hate sidewalk sheds.”
