Pratt Summer Housing is limited, based on availability.
To be eligible to live on campus housing during the Summer, you must meet, and maintain, ONE of the following requirements:
Be enrolled for a class at Pratt for the Summer 2026 Sessions, or for classes in the Fall 2026 semester. You do not need to be enrolled for both Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 at Pratt.
Please note, while you can also have a Summer job at Pratt over the Summer, and/or an Internship related to your Pratt academic program, neither of these will enable you to stay in Summer 2026 Housing. You must be registered at Pratt for Summer 2026 or Fall 2026 classes.
Summer housing applications will be available starting in March, at our Housing Portal: www.pratt.edu/hmpapp
Summer Housing 2026 Room Types & Rates:
Triple (3 residents in 1 room): $2510 for 10 weeks, $251/week
Double (2 residents in 1 room): $3190 for 10 weeks, $319/week
Single w/ shared bath (1 resident): $4570 for 10 weeks, $457/week
Single w/ private bath (1 resident): $5190 for 10 weeks, $519/week
The Summer Housing Cancellation Penalty Schedule:
Cancellations 14 to 8 days before your start date: $50 penalty
7 days before to 1 day after your start date: $250 penalty
2 days after through 7 days after your start date: $500 penalty
More than 7 days after your start date: 100% penalty
For all students, any unassigned applications will have a two-week grace period from date of application to cancel and receive a full refund.
Summer Housing Dates:
Sun May 24 – Move in for students not currently on campus. Students currently on campus will receive separate instructions on summer housing moves.
Sat Aug 1 – Move out for students without Fall 2026 housing contract
