Since 1969, the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) at Pratt Institute has provided access to higher education for New York State residents who demonstrate academic potential but face educational and economic challenges. Through comprehensive support services and financial assistance, HEOP students are empowered to succeed in Pratt’s rigorous and creative academic environment.

Eligibility Requirements
HEOP eligibility requires high school graduation or equivalent, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, demonstration of academic potential, and financial qualifications based on income and household size.
2026-2027 HEOP Income Guidelines
Income eligibility is based on the 2024 Tax Year.
