Regalia is required for graduating students and faculty.

Students – the order form is now open and will close April 14. Visit Herff Jones to purchase regalia.

Faculty – an email titled RSVP Requested: You Are Invited to Commencement 2026! was sent in December and January linking to a form where you can request regalia and RSVP. You must complete this form by Friday, March 13 to attend all ceremonies and receptions, even if you have your own regalia.

Pratt Institute will host a commencement ceremony to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our Summer 2025, Fall 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 graduates.

Graduating is the administrative process to complete your degree and receive your diploma, while Commencement is the ceremony to celebrate that achievement! You can graduate without participating in commencement, but you cannot participate in commencement without graduating.

• February 27- March 6, 2026: RSVP via the Commencement ceremony invitation sent to your Pratt email address! You must request a ticket for yourself and your guests to attend. The invitation will be emailed on February 27 to all students who filled out the Grad App by February 13. Didn’t get the invite? Contact registrar@pratt.edu.
  • Ticket Details: Every student who completes the Grad App by February 13 AND responds to the invitation by the March 6 deadline can request up to 2 guest tickets.
  • Extra Tickets: We will collect extra ticket requests and distribute them IF they become available at the end of March.
• Late March: Check your Pratt email for a form to claim your extra ticket! Extra tickets (if available) will be offered to students who requested them by the March 6 deadline, but you must claim them via the extra ticket form.
• April 14: Deadline for ordering student regalia for expedited home shipping.
• April 28, May 1, and May 2: At Grad Fair, pick up your regalia and academic and leadership cords and braids. This event is hosted at both the Manhattan and Brooklyn campuses. Get in-person help with your Commencement tickets.
• May 19: Attend Pratt Institute’s 2026 Commencement Ceremony at Radio City Music Hall!
