This collection is inspired by the moment when backpacks pass through X-ray security scanners in airports and train stations. Private belongings are transformed into translucent, glowing images, exposing personal contents in a quiet yet normalized way. In this process, privacy is surrendered without resistance, and the backpack becomes more than a functional object—it becomes a container of identity, memory, and everyday life. By translating the visual language of X-ray scans —such as transparency, layering, and blurred boundaries—into garment construction and silhouette, this collection explores the tension between visibility and concealment, and reflects on individual existence within contemporary systems of mobility and surveillance.
