Mirae Cho, Carrying My Love, 2026

This collection, Carrying My Love, lives within this world where the era of capitalism had ended and society reverted back to living nomadically. This collection follows the base principle of Nomadic cultures, to travel with only necessary items, and merge it with my stuffed animals, which are my necessities. I take inspiration from the silhouettes and texture from various nomadic cultures, such as Mongols, Tibetan, Uzbeks, etc., in my collection. To be sustainable, I have collected scraps from both mine and others’ storages to create patchwork and the stuffed animals used are also donated from friends or bought second hand.
