Keya Huang, Endless Summer, 2026

My senior collection began with a personal reflection on how the world around me slowly changed my identity. Inspired by childhood memories and school uniform culture, I explored how girls are often shaped to become quiet and obedient. Through soft fabrics, knitting, and hand drawn hydrangea prints, I created garments that balance fragility and strength. The collection reflects my journey from conformity to self expression, while encouraging young women to embrace their own voices with confidence.

A model with curly hair is wearing a stylish dress with a purple and white striped pattern. The dress features puffed sleeves and cut-out shoulders, with gathering at the waist. The design has a keyhole detail at the front and a layered appearance, with ties on the skirt. The model is posed in two perspectives: one from the back and one from the front, standing on a white background.
A close-up image of fabric featuring a floral and leaf pattern in vibrant blue against a light background. The design includes different shades of blue pencil or crayon strokes, highlighting various botanical shapes, with some lighter outlines suggesting flowers and leaves. The texture of the fabric appears slightly wrinkled, adding depth to the visual.
