Von Hemert

Von is the Associate Director of PreCollege and Youth Programs for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at Pratt Institute. Von’s demonstrated passion for high school and college level art and design programming focuses on community and international partnership. Her past experience includes program management in both the private and non-profit sectors, notably overseeing an educational program between the United States and Cuba onboard a 130′ sailboat with special OFAC License and permission of the Cuban Government. In addition to her work as an arts administrator, Von is also a cellist and fiber artist.
