Biography
Sai Shruthi Chivukula, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at School of Information, Pratt Institute (Manhattan, New York) as part of the Master of Science in Information Experience Design program. Her research explores the intersection of design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), ethics, and technology policy, with a focus on understanding and supporting value-centered design practice. Through the Translate Research Group, she investigates ethical dimensions of technology and design, translating research into practical methods, pedagogical tools, and open-access resources that empower designers, educators, and students to create more responsible and socially impactful technologies.
