Sadia Janjua, PSP, LEED AP has over thirteen years of experience in program/ project management, project control, scheduling, contract administration and schedule delay claim analysis. She works as a Senior Project Controls Manager for Port Authority managing the $32.2 billion over 10 year initiative to improve New York and New Jersey transportation infrastructure. She manages a program/project control team of eleven team members serving the Bridges, regional rail, airports, and Ports capital programs.

She managed the design and implementation of the enterprise wide business management system for capital program management at NYSDOT. She worked her way up the management ladder holding positions such as scheduler, project controls engineer. Sadia has worked on all sides of the table including owner, contractor, and construction manager and across multiple firms and industries including Bechtel, McCarthy Building Companies, STV, and New York MTA.

Sadia holds certifications for Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and LEED AP. Sadia has master’s degree in Construction Management from Columbia University and her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from University of California at Berkeley.
