Michael Blandino

Michael Blandino is the Academic Advisor for Pratt Institute’s Fashion Design BFA program and Associate Degree programs. Michael was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and has over a decade of experience working in higher education. Their professional passion for cultivating an inclusive environment helps guide them in fostering accountability and creativity within their students. Their creative passions outside of work include designing elaborate Halloween costumes, walking long distances, and learning about new niche hobbies and skills. 

Before coming to work at Pratt Institute, Michael worked supporting students at New York City College of Technology, Brooklyn College, Kingsborough Community College, and SUNY New Paltz.
