Lawrence Au

Lawrence is a Co-Founder and Lead Designer of Brooklyn Motorized, New York’s first electric motorcycle company. As well as Director of Design and Development for Evolve Motorcycles. His consulting work ranges from traditional product design, digital web and mobile technology integration, large scale manufacturing and production with OEM manufacturers and aerospace design & engineering. Lawrence’s work been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Popular Mechanics, Popular Science and Engadget.

Teaching at Pratt Institute, he guides students to bridge design principles of form and aesthetics with engineering and manufacturing. His courses include 3-D Design, Design Engineering, CAD SolidWorks, Motorcycle Design and Engineering and Automotive Sponsored Projects Design Studio for Undergraduate and Graduate students.
