Kristina Khamidullina

Kristina Khamidullina supports experiential learning at Pratt by helping students gain real-world experience through on-campus jobs and internships. She collaborates with supervisors across departments to improve hiring processes, enhance student development, and manage internship fund. Before joining Pratt, Kristina worked in student conduct at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She also brings over a decade of experience in strategic leadership, academic affairs, and university administration from her career in Russia. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and is currently pursuing her MBA. She is committed to creating pathways that connect academic learning with career growth.
