Kelvin Heiligh

Kelvin serves as Pratt’s Investigator & Case Management Specialist in the office of Institutional Equity and Title IX. Kelvin is responsible for investigating equity concerns and supporting institutional Title VI and Title IX compliance.

Kelvin is a native New Yorker and has 10 years of investigative experience at the federal, state, and local government levels. Kelvin holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Monroe College and is currently seeking a doctoral degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Juvenile Restorative Justice.
