Keith VanWarren

Visiting Assistant Professor

I’m a strategic designer and consultant helping clients address ‘big picture’ systemic challenges at the intersection of design, technology and industry. My role in the front-end of transformation programs is to identify, analyze, and work out opportunities.

Strategic designers use design and problem solving techniques to analyze ecosystems, reframe challenges, and design and validate solution approaches of all kinds. Our goal is to convert opportunities (‘what ifs’) into scalable solutions that make a difference for people, organizations and society.

Keith is a Managing Director of Innovation and Design at Ernst & Young (EY), was the Global Head of Product & Experience Innovation at Infosys, and has held leadership roles at enterprises and agencies such as Comcast NBCUniversal and Interbrand. Keith teaches transformation design at the graduate level in NYC and has an MSc in Communications Design from Pratt Institute.

Keith is an ex-New Yorker now living in Connecticut. He’s also cyclist, film fanatic, and dog lover (especially fluffy ones).
