Jonathan Williams
Assistant Dean
Biography
Jonathan Williams is the Assistant Dean of the Pratt Institute School of Information. He brings together experience from both academia and the private education sector to support student-centered learning experiences.
Prior to joining Pratt Institute, Jonathan was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Human-Centered Design at Pace University. He has worked broadly in adult and professional education, designing technical courses at Harvard Business School, General Assembly, and edX/2U, Inc. He has taught across design, information systems, management, and applied technology disciplines at universities in the New York City area.
Jonathan’s design practice is an integral part to his practice-based research agenda. Jonathan’s design practice spans multiple practice areas, including information visualization, instructional design, and design strategy.
