As a Strategic Creative Director and Global Brand Visionary, Jeannie uses creativity, data analytics, and human-centric design to drive brand transformations worldwide. Her diverse portfolio includes partnerships with clients from Merck and Johnson & Johnson to Godiva and L’Oréal. With over two decades of experience spanning various domains such as creative direction, design technology, and education, she has collaborated with a diverse client base, from large corporations to independent creators. Her work leverages emerging disruptors (like AI) and employs VR and mixed reality in her design practice, crafting immersive experiences. Beyond her strategic contributions, Jeannie is an author and industry analyst specializing in digital design, service design, and brand innovation.

As an educator, she serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute, engaging with students in both MS and MFA degree programs. She was also an Adjunct Lecturer in communication design for undergraduates at CUNY | New York City College of Technology. Her teaching methods promote creative resilience and imaginative problem-solving. Recognized for her contributions to ethnographic design research, she has earned a nomination as a Fulbright semi-finalist. Jeannie’s career has been punctuated with critical roles at organizations like Bath & Body Works, Coach, and Viant and collaborations with industry-leading agencies such as R/GA and Interbrand.

Recent accolades include a 2020 UX Design Principles accreditation for AR & VR from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and a 2023 Facilitator status with ExperiencePoint, an IDEO partner.
