Principal of Howard Albert Architect; formerly Associate at Streetworks (retail design and development), principal at The Saratoga Associates (landscape architecture and planning),Assistant Director of Planning at the New York City Housing Authority, and KPF Architects.

Currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor, CCE in the CM/FM/REP Department and former Director of the Real Estate Practice Program (REP).
