Biography
Hera Marashian is a design professional with extensive experience in Public Relations, Marketing and Promotion. Her previous roles include VP, Creative Services at Ogilvy Public Relations and Director of Promotion and Creative Services at Gannett.
Since joining Pratt in 2005, Hera’s focus has been on empowering students and alumni to identify and secure positions within their chosen majors. Hera is also involved with employer outreach, creating pipelines for current and future stakeholders and helping to reinforce the Pratt brand within the design industry.
Talent management is one of the key components of Career Development at Pratt. I work closely with my clients (students/alumni) to help them refine their career goals and present their personal brand to the right employers.”
