Fred Mohrmann is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with 35 years of progressive experience. He began his career as a tradesman in his family’s electrical construction business – gaining valuable field, managerial and business development experience. Since then, Fred has worked “full circle” on every contract type – Design Build, CM at Risk, CM as Agent, Design Bid Build, Integrated Project Delivery, Guaranteed Maximum Price – for every type firm in the construction industry – Trade Contractor, General Contractor, Construction Manager, Owner’s Representative and Designer. He is a proven leader who collaborates and participates with the team to foster open relationships and resolve conflicts; proven ability to direct construction projects within diverse sectors including both public and private, commercial, industrial, research facilities, cultural, K-12 and higher education.
Fred is highly experienced in procurement, submittal and RFI procedures; contract and change order management; dispute resolution; stakeholder interaction and communication; project controls and information management. Skilled in the development of project schedules, resource allocation, progress monitoring and updates to clients and upper management. A consummate professional focused on new business development, client relationships/retention, mentoring/succession planning and a strategic planner who is market focused and results oriented.
