Biography
Dani Levine is an artist and educator living in Astoria, NY. Combining an alchemical practice of mixing pigments and binders with other found materials, Dani’s work celebrates imaginative thinking through investigations of craft and abstraction. She currently works as an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute and is a recurring lecturer at schools such as Princeton and Boston University. Her honors include exhibitions at SOLOWAY, The Alfred Museum, The Abrons Arts Center, Field Projects Gallery, and Fjord Gallery.
