Anthony Faria

Anthony Faria is a design leader, educator, and mentor with 25+ years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, creative direction, and design leadership. As a lecturer at Pratt Institute’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS), he teaches design skills and strategic thinking that help designers grow their careers.

Throughout his career, Anthony has built digital products, led multidisciplinary design teams, and helped organizations turn complex challenges into effective, human-centered experiences. His leadership experience spans AOL, Viggle, Handshake, and other companies, working across product design, user experience, branding, and creative strategy.

Anthony brings this real-world experience into the classroom, helping designers develop their UX/UI skills, strengthen their portfolios, communicate their design decisions, and understand the strategic thinking behind successful digital products.

He holds a BFA in Illustration and Graphic Design from the University of the Arts and studied Illustration and Painting at the Rhode Island School of Design.
