Excitement is building across campus as Pratt Shows, the annual series of public presentations and exhibitions of work by Pratt’s graduating class, gathers momentum this spring. Featuring the best work from the Schools of Architecture, Art, Design, Information, and Liberal Arts and Sciences, Pratt Shows provides an opportunity for students from across the Institute to display their talent.

“It’s wonderful to be holding Pratt Shows in person again after two years of pandemic interruption,” said Interim Provost Donna Heiland. “I encourage everyone to join in celebrating the creative and intellectual achievements of this year’s graduating students at the many events, exhibitions, and presentations this spring.”

The work at Pratt Shows represents years of research, exploration, critical thinking, creative inquiry, problem-solving, growth, production, practice, and accomplishment. The highly anticipated shows attract a wide audience from New York City’s diverse art and design communities and beyond, connecting Pratt talent to industry professionals and advancing new ideas in more than 30 academic fields within architecture, art, design, information, and the liberal arts and sciences.

The Pratt Shows website serves as a hub for listings and information on this year’s events and presentations, which will run through May. As a digital extension of the in-person shows, the site will also be populated in the weeks to come with student work that can be explored online.

Bookmark the Pratt Shows website for information and event details and return to the site often to discover the innovative work of this year’s graduating class online as student portfolios are added to the site through the spring.

Pratt continues to follow the guidance of the CDC and New York State to promote the health and safety of its community.  Learn Pratt’s in-person events attendance requirements and visit Back to Pratt for additional information and answers to frequently asked questions.
