Pratt Shows: Art and Design Education Thesis

April 20, 2026 1:30 PM – 4:20 PM

SH 205, 200 Willoughby Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11205

Thesis students will present their reflective teaching process as they plan thematic curriculum grounded in contemporary art. Students are assigned a mentor who is a full time visual arts teacher in the public schools; share their curriculum and respond to feedback. They then make revisions to their Unit Plans based on their reflections.

Pratt Shows is a series of public exhibitions and presentations by Pratt Institute’s graduating students in 30+ different fields, now through May.
