A Critical Conversations Event

Creative practices help us process uncertainty, build community, and find new perspectives on challenges. In this series, we’ll be engaging in various community building activities and creative exercises (e.g., collaging, storytelling, origami, and more). We’ll meet in person in the East Reading Room (Library, 2nd Floor) on select Thursdays from 12pm to 2pm.

While we hope to build a core community that grows together over the eight sessions, we welcome faculty to join us for any individual session that speaks to their current needs. Each gathering is designed to be meaningful whether you’re attending for the first time or the eighth.
————————————————————————————————————————————————-
We turn to the tactile practice of collaging, using images and text to explore our experiences in higher education. Creating together deepens our bonds and opens new pathways for understanding ourselves and our work.

This event is part of Critical Conversations: creating space for and educating one another about our multiple cultural contexts, activism, civil discourse, and academic engagement.
