Pratt's 2016 Commencement Ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Radio City Music Hall.

Download the Initial Student Information packet. This packet was also mailed to students at their preferred mailing address.

Remember: Graduation and Commencement are separate events. You must complete your graduation application in order to graduate.

Need to apply for graduation?

Log-in to your Academic Tools page and click on the link "Apply for Graduation." Participation in the Commencement Ceremony does NOT mean you have graduated. Commencement exercises are ceremonial and symbolic. Your participation in the Commencement Ceremony should not be confused with your actual graduation from the Institute. Students do not officially graduate from Pratt Institute until they have applied for graduation and completed all degree requirements as defined in their degree audit. They must remain in good academic standing. Students with a hold on their record will graduate but they may not be eligible to receive their diploma until all holds have been resolved.
