Tony Zhang, MSIXD ’27, has had a paper accepted to the Animal-Computer Interaction conference. Zhang will present Robot Navigation and Canine Welfare: A Pilot Study Surfacing Challenges for Cross-Species Legibility and Proxy Validity in Animal-Machine Interaction. The project tests out a system for promoting animal welfare in a world of autonomous delivery robots.
