The Pratt Center for Community Development designed and co-facilitated a strategic planning meeting for the End Toxic Home Flipping Coalition, a group of community-based organizations and housing advocates fighting to curb corporate speculation and displacement in small homes. This included discussing priorities for community-engaged research on the impact of home flipping, building on the Center’s recent Flipping Out policy brief.
