CICADA, a short experimental film by Adjunct Associate Professor – CCE of Film/Video Ramzy Telley, won Best Experimental Short at the Berlin Kiez Film Festival 2026 and the Palermo Film Festival 2026. CICADA is described as an “experimental film focusing on the nature of transformation and rebirth both thematically and formally.â
