Assistant Professor in the School of Information Kathy Carbone has been working with graduate assistants Mariel Go, MSIXD ’27, and Florinda Cano, MSLIS ’27, on The Amplification Project, including uploading additional work to the site. They participated in The Immigrant Artist Biennial, where they spoke about The Amplification Project’s mission to broaden the aperture for artists whose work speaks to experiences of forced displacement and refugeehood. The Amplification Project is also now on Substack.
