Refining the Poseidon Experience through Usability Testing

Zoe Zapata (MSIXD ’26) works with the Poseidon Project to improve its website. The Poseidon Project website connects researchers and newcomers to articles, research, and videos about the environmental impact of large-scale fish farming. For this study, she identified key issues with navigation, functionality, and information architecture, and made recommendations to improve the site. The goal was to improve accessibility and clarity, creating a more seamless experience for users exploring this important topic. Read more about the project on Zoe Zapata’s portfolio.
